Straight Edge (Veritas)
Straight edges are precision edges. They are vital in comparing the straightness of an opposing surface and this solid steel bar has precision ground flat edges to within 0.0001 inch (0.025 mm) for extreme accuracy. Straight edges are also useful for setting up machines and to check the flatness of waterstones and plane soles.
We recommend the Veritas and Starrett Straight Edges.
